The Dining Room is surrounded by grand windows overlooking the Pro Shop and the course.  You can enjoy the "Million Dollar View"  of the Carolina 1 teebox with the majestic Smoky Mountains in the backround.  It is a grand view! 

The Dining Room is as formal as it gets in the mountains - y'all come (business) casual and relax.  There is no longer a requirement for jackets, but please collared shirts only and no denim,  shorts, or sandals.

Mornings begin with a hearty country breakfast including fresh fruit, juices, pastries along with the omelletes, sausage, grits, biscuits and gravy.  Each evening the chef creates a different menu.  Choices may include grilled salmon, prime rib,  or fried chicken served with fresh garden vegetables, just-baked breads, and homemade desserts.
